What if I miss a session?
We’ll reschedule within the same week when possible. The program timeline extends if needed, but commitment to the 8-week container is important.
Will I need ongoing support after this?
Most people don’t. This program gives you the foundation and tools to continue healing yourself. Some choose the Mastery program for ongoing support.
Can I do this if money is really tight right now?
